Tired little seal - Grey seal (halichoerus grypus)

A Grey seal (halichoerus grypus) pup just before going to sleep on the sand near the waterline where the waves break. The pup is still very young as it is wearing the fluffy bright white fur which, after some weeks it will shed and grow a much more stiff and darker fur that will help insulate against the cold waters of the high seas.
